Hello! Welcome to the Resource Centre.

We hope you find our free tools and resources useful. Did you know we also work directly with community advocates, providing them with the skills and resources to document corporate human rights abuses and effectively communicate with business?

This is only possible through generous donations from people like you.

Please consider supporting our work.

Thank you,
Phil Bloomer, Executive Director

Summer School: Business and Human Rights - Interdisciplinary Challenges and Opportunities

8-20 July | Zurich

The Centre for Human Rights Studies at the University of Zurich hosts a summer school every year examining the topical theme of business and human rights. The summer school, BHRICO (Business and Human Rights - Interdisciplinary Challenges and Opportunities), is a two-week intensive programme that seeks to be a forum of learning with leading experts on the topic.

Application is now open for this year's summer school, which will take place from 8 to 20 July 2018 at the University of Zurich. BHRICO is open to law, business, social sciences and humanities students at the master's level or above. We will also consider applications from advanced bachelor students, as well as established practitioners who want to participate for the full two weeks or for specialised sessions. All applicants are required to have a good command of English, as sessions will be taught in English.

Tuition for general applicants and practitioners attending BHRICO 2018 is CHF 990 for the two-week course. Interested individuals must submit a full application at https://www.uzh.ch/cmsssl/bhrico/en/apply/Application-Form.html. Deadline for student applications is 19 March 2018, and successful applicants will be notified by 31 March 2018.

Please refer to the BHRICO website for updated information, at http://www.bhrico.uzh.ch/
