Sustainable Agriculture Business Principles

Agriculture occupies one-third of the land surface of the earth and is at the nexus of climate change, food and energy security, sustainable livelihoods, economic development and human rights. Business has a critical role to play in delivering practical, effective and scalable solutions to meet the global challenges of food security and sustainable agriculture...All are invited to participate in the development of the Sustainable Agriculture Business Principles by providing feedback on the White Paper. Please share your views by completing the consultation questionnaire. We are interested in receiving input specifically on the outcomes that sustainable agriculture business principles should aim to achieve; the factors key to achieving these goals and the actions that are needed. [Suggested principles cover environmental responsibility, respecting human rights & rural communities, good governance & accountability, food security, health & nutrition]
