Thirty-five prominent financial institutions and Internet industry leaders have joined with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children…and its sister organization, the International Centre for Missing & Exploited Children…in the fight against online child pornography. Launched in 2006 the group is called the Financial Coalition Against Child Pornography…Its goal is to eradicate the commercial viability of child pornography by following the flow of funds and shutting down the payment accounts that are being used by these illegal enterprises.
