The Southern Company Lawsuit [USA]

Seven current and former employees of Southern Company and its subsidiaries Georgia Power Company, Southern Company Services and Southern Company Energy Solutions ("Southern Company") have filed a proposed class action lawsuit alleging that Southern Company discriminates against its African-American employees with respect to pay and promotions and subjects those employees to a racially hostile work environment. [Note: This lawsuit has concluded.]
