Transgender woman sues employer over harassment claims [USA]

A transgender woman who claims she was harassed at work after starting to dress as a female has sued her employer, alleging the company allowed a hostile work environment. Danielle Ryan, 44, of Sacramento said...she was mocked and taunted by co-workers at engineering firm Parsons Brinckerhoff where she worked as a network systems analyst...a spokeswoman for the New York-based Parsons Brinckerhoff, said the company had not yet been served with the lawsuit. She declined to comment on the allegations or the company's policies toward transgender employees. "PB treats all its employees very fairly and with the utmost respect," she said.
