...[The] fieldwork finds strong evidence that positive change for Syrian garment workers will depend on a variety of targeted interventions at various scales...interventions should be tailored to the needs of different groups of refugee workers, taking into account the unique challenges they face regarding their age, gender, legal status, level of education and future aspirations...
