"The Debt Panel: 'I owe Dh100,000 because my employer has not paid me for a year'," 26 Nov 2019
My employer has not paid my salary since December last year; my end-of-service benefits are also pending...
the bank where I took the personal loan [to cover monthy payments], has filed a criminal case against me for dishonouring the guarantee... They are aware of my situation but told me this is not their concern...
My employer owes me Dh90,000 [US$27,000]... I have submitted a letter from my ex-employer to the bank stating they owe me...
My ex-employer also sends me threatening emails saying... they would declare bankruptcy and abscond the country without paying what they owe me [if I take legal action].
