U.K. Government to Set Green Procurement Example

A resounding call for the public sector to "buy green" has been issued by U.K. Environment Minister Elliot Morley as he announced stricter sustainable purchasing targets...he...added that sustainable procurement was not just about environmental imperatives, but also ethical issues such as social justice.
