USA: Plant company The Sill's corporate team will take pay reduction to pay all full-time retail staff during store closure

In an effort to protect our employees, our communities, and the general public, we have decided to close all of The Sill stores, effective Monday, March 16th. Stores will not reopen until at least Saturday, March 28th and because the situation continues to rapidly evolve, our plans may change. We are doing everything possible to continue to pay all of our full-time retail team during this planned closure. To help make this happen, our corporate team will be taking a reduction in pay. We are providing our part-time retail team with paid sick leave, but unfortunately, we are unable to retain all part-time employees while closed. It’s a reality many small businesses will face and we hope you respect our transparency at this difficult time.
