Wal-Mart intimidated unionists, board rules [Canada]

The Quebec Labour Relations Board has ordered retailing titan Wal-Mart to stop intimidating and harassing employees who are trying to organize fellow workers at a store in the Quebec City suburb of Ste-Foy...Andrew Pelletier, a spokesman for Wal-Mart Canada Corp., said the company will comply with the labour board's decision. "Our position has not changed, however. We have always maintained we do not intimidate people..."
