Woman in detention alleges rape - Contract operator's employee is named [USA]

A female inmate at a Department of Homeland Security detention facility in Otay Mesa has filed a lawsuit against the company that operates it under contract, alleging that a correctional officer employed by the company raped her twice... She claims in a federal lawsuit against the Corrections Corporation of America that one of its employees, Louis Johnson, sexually assaulted her on Dec. 15 and Dec. 16... Steve Owen, a spokesman for Tennessee-based Corrections Corporation of America, said he could not address specifics of the case but said..."Our company has zero tolerance for any inappropriate conduct from our employees"...
