Women File Harassment Suit Against Firm [USA]

Six current and former female employees of a timeshare firm have filed a federal lawsuit alleging sexual harassment and gender bias by male managers. The complaint…names Fairfield Resorts Inc. and its corporate parents, Wyndham Vacation Resorts and Cendant Corp., as defendants. It seeks class-action status for plaintiffs and $50 million in damages…Lisa Burby, a communications executive with…Wyndham, declined comment Friday.
