Welcome to the Resource Centre

We make it our mission to work with advocates in civil society, business and government to address inequalities of power, seek remedy for abuse, and ensure protection of people and planet.

Both companies and impacted communities thank us for the resources and support we provide.

Civil Society Dialogue (2 Dec)

International Corporate Accountability Roundtable (ICAR), the Center for Research on Multinational Corporations (SOMO), the Business and Human Rights Resource Center, and the International Federation for Human Rights (FIDH) are hosting a Civil Society Dialogue prior to the UN Forum on 2 Dec. The official announcement is available here.

The Dialogue is intended to provide an opportunity for civil society participants to identify key trends, needs and challenges for effective implementation of the UNGPs and advancement of respect for human rights in the context of business activities, and to identify strategies to harness and communicate civil society perspectives in the specific panels organized during the Second Annual Forum on Business and Human Rights. See concept note for further information here.

As part of their registration for this Dialogue, participants are asked to respond to a short survey available here.  All civil society representatives - even those not attending the Forum - are invited to fill out this survey.  The survey is open until 20 Nov.

[Español] La encuesta está disponible en español aquí y está abierta para que se entreguen sugerencias del 6 de noviembre al 20 de noviembre.
