World Players Association releases players' rights policy based on UN Guiding Principles

On July 13th 2017, the World Players Association, a union bringing together 85,000 players across professional sports including football, cricket, rugby, hockey, basketball and baseball through more than 100 player associations in over 60 countries, released a World Players Rights policy which is built on the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.
