Safeguarding workers’ labor rights in flexible forms of employment and ensuring the implementation of key provisions that relate to working time limits and in particular those that relate to minimum health and safety requirements in organizing the working time should be mentioned in the text of the Convention...The text should also ensure compliance with key provisions regulating the protection of minors in employment and equal treatment of men and women in work and employment...Special focus should also be put on compliance with provisions relating to the protection of wages.  On the other hand, the Social Cooperative Responsibility as a culture and a practice of an enterprise, can help deal with important social and environmental issues nowadays...In particular, in the field of employment, the promotion of human resources as an asset for businesses and society, implies the establishment of a proper working environment...
