Zimbabwe: 600 families to be displaced in order for cement company to establish processing plant

'600 families to be relocated', 1 Jun 2015: Over 600 families…in Masvingo are set to be displaced to pave way for a cement processing plant. The displacement follows the discovery of rich limestone deposits in the area and about 16 villages will be affected. Initially, 200 villagers are expected to be employed at the plant, among other benefits to the locals.
