[DOC] Mediterranean Resources Apparel Industry response to a report raising concerns about the treatment of workers at its factory in Jordan

We were surprised that the majority of our workers started a strike on 8/31 without prior notice, although the workers elected last year a committee to discuss on regular bases any issues related to them and their living conditions...Also we were shocked to see such reports published by the NLC, totally wrong information’s, just to write anything. Our reply to each point mentioned in the NLC report on 9/5 is as follows...the food & water was never cut off...
