European Parliament approves report on sustainable corporate governance, focusing on non-financial reporting and directors' duties

The European Parliament (EP) produced an own-initiative report on sustainable corporate governance, focusing on non-financial reporting and directors' duties (i.e. the scope is slightly different from the EU Commission's 'sustainable corporate governance' initiative). The work was led by the EP's Legal Affairs Committee.
