For these reasons, we conclude that the district court’s dismissal of the Children’s complaint for lack of standing on their TVPA and ATS claims is due to be REVERSED. We also reverse the district court’s dismissal of the TVPA and 24ATS claims of five of the Children on res judicata grounds, and we REMAND this case for further proceedings. REVERSED and REMANDED.
