"International arbitration of business and human rights disputes: answers to key questions", 21 Aug 2017

The Working Group on International Arbitration of Business and Human Rights is proposing the use of international arbitration to resolve disputes arising from BHR [business and human rights] Abuse. The Group has conducted a three-year consultation with a wide range of stakeholders and discussed the proposal at meetings organised by the International Bar Association, the American Bar Association, arbitration institutions and universities. The Working Group has now published a paper answering the key questions that have been raised about the proposal.

The Working Group would appreciate any feedback on the proposal and the Q&A paper.
