Myanmar: Intl. Commission of Jurists raises concerns regarding Kyaukphyu SEZ including environmental risks & lack of information; CPG Consortium responds

In 2015 and 2016, the International Commission of Jurists (ICJ) raised concerns around access to information, consultation and consent, compensation, and environmental protection to CPG Consortium, which assisted the Myanmar government in the tender process and the development of the masterplan for the Kyaukphyu Special Economic Zone.
