"'System': Russia to test 10,000 teenagers using neuroprofiling – to identify leaders and raise patriotism", 24 July 2025
Rospatriottsentr (a structure of Rosmolodezh) has launched a project to neuroprofiling children and adolescents from different regions of Russia... The project is being implemented as part of the federal program "We Are Together" to "educate a harmoniously developed personality." Of the 10,000 test participants, 50 "with a pronounced positive profile" will be selected - they will be sent to a five-day seminar in annexed Sevastopol...
The Russian company Persona is named as a partner in the project. It sells neurotests to "increase the efficiency of hiring employees and building teams." Conclusions about the test subject are made based on their "various subconscious cognitive perception of visual symbols," the company's presentation says.
The head of Persona, Vladimir Kozlov, notes in the Rospatriotcenter Telegram channel: "We are convinced that patriotism begins with understanding one's role in the future of the country. Our company's neuroprofiling technologies help teenagers find this role - accurately, motivated, consciously."
The all-Russian testing will last until August 2025, and citizens aged 12 to 18 will participate in it. Based on the results, analytical reports will be generated for the authorities - regional (at least 12), intermediate (with a comparison of results by region) and final...
People who publish materials "directly or indirectly discredit, condemn" the Russian Armed Forces and decisions of the country's authorities cannot be experts, trainers, moderators and counselors at the seminar, the terms of reference say. Those whose social media posts are found to contain propaganda of mass murder, "radical pseudo-Islam" and "Ukrainian nationalism" will also not be able to work at the seminar.
During the seminar, the organizers plan to identify "leaders and/or anti-leaders (participants prone to destructive behavior)" among the participants. Teenagers who "defame the ideas of patriotism" will be immediately removed from the event.
