抗议中资接管港口 斯里兰卡爆发冲突

...大批斯里兰卡民众抗议政府将一个港口及临港土地交由中国企业运营,并与警方发生暴力冲突。...包括3名警察在内的至少21人在冲突中受伤,52名示威者被捕。冲突的起因是,斯里兰卡政府拟将该国南部的汉班托塔(Hambantota)港全部交由中国企业运营,并把临港土地交由中方开发建设产业园。租期为99年。冲突发生时,斯里兰卡总理维克勒马辛哈和中国驻斯里兰卡大使易先良正在出席该产业园的开工仪式。该计划一旦实施,汉班托塔港附近的数千村民将被迫迁居。
