Prosecutors investigating SPC Group subsidiary PB Partners' alleged involvement in encouraging Paris Baguette bakers to quit their participation in union activities have raided the company's headquarters and the office of Chairman Heo Young-in.

[...] The Public Investigation Division 3 of the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office (Deputy Chief Prosecutor Lim Sam-bin) raided the headquarters of SPC Group and the offices of Chairman Heo and two executives on the morning of the 30th. The prosecution is investigating allegations that the group's subsidiary, PB Partners, engaged in union-busting activities against members of the Paris Baguette Branch of the Korean Confederation of Trade Unions (KCTU) by soliciting them to leave the union by giving them disadvantages in personnel decisions.
