Paragon Solutions Ltd. is a surveillance technology company headquartered in Israel. The company develops applications capable of remotely accessing encrypted instant messaging communications, providing law enforcement and intelligence agencies with tools to monitor and analyze digital data. One of Paragon's targeted surveillance tools is "Graphite," a spyware application that can infect a mobile phone without the user's knowledge, granting full access to messages and encrypted chats on messaging apps.
