At Agri-Mark, we believe the well-being of farmworkers is essential to a sustainable food system. While we may differ in approach from Migrant Justice, we share the goal of improving conditions for all dairy workers.

As a cooperative, we do not directly employ farmworkers, yet we are committed to promoting best practices across our supply chain. We participate in the National Dairy FARM Program, including its Workforce Development module, which involves on-farm evaluations. Those evaluations provide valuable benchmarks and feedback to improve working conditions and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and ethical standards. Our members’ farms also commit to complying with applicable laws and regulations.

We take allegations of worker mistreatment seriously. When concerns are raised—by workers, advocates, or others—we investigate thoroughly and work with member farms to address issues and strengthen practices.
