The court put an arrest to 100% of the corporate rights of Brocard-Ukraine LLC, owned by the Cypriot company Indenon Holding Limited, which in its turn belongs to the Russian chain L'Etoile owned by Russian Tatyana Volodina...

...[T]he arrest was imposed in the framework of criminal proceedings on appropriation of property (part 5 of article 191 of the Criminal Code) and financing of aggression against Ukraine (part 2 of article 110-2 of the Criminal Code).
