The Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited Elbit Systems to respond to the JFM report alleging that the company modified an ATR 42-320 (MSN 159) that is used by the Myanmar military. Allegedly, “Elbit technicians travelled to Myanmar during that period to work on the aircraft modifications”.

Elbit Systems did not respond.
