Myanmar: Garment workers at Honor Apparel reportedly face workers' rights violations incl. excessive production targets, verbal abuse & wage cuts; incl. co. responses

In May 2022, it was reported that workers at Honor Apparel were facing excessive production targets which was causing them difficulties, verbal abuse, wage deductions and unsanitary conditions in the factory.

In June 2022, Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited C&A, KappAhl, KIABI and OVS SpA to respond, and in February 2023, invited LPP S.A. to respond. C&A, KIABI, OVS SpA and LPP S.A. responded. KappAhl did not respond, but informed us in January 2023 that it had ceased operations at Honor Apparel in 2020. The full responses are included below.
