Myanmar: Garment workers report union busting tactics at garment factory; incl. co. responses

In February 2023, it was reported that trade union leaders are blacklisted from the garment factories: Amava Apparel , Myanmar Knitting and Huabo Times.

In October 2023, Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited alleged buyers of Amava Apparel (Blaklader and Frasers Group (parent company of Karrimor)), Myanmar Knitting (Lidl, Marks & Spencer and Primark) and Huabo Times (BESTSELLER, Inditex and Primark) to respond.
