The Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited Kobaloni Energy Zambia to respond to a series of questions in order to understand key policies on the respect for human and environmental rights of their operations, in light of Kobaloni's selection as a Strategic Project to the European Union, under the Critical Raw Materials Act. The company did not respond.
