Violations of industrial safety regulations identified at JSC GMC Dalpolimetall, 31 July 2024

The Far Eastern Directorate of the Federal Service for Environmental, Technological, and Atomic Supervision (Rostekhnadzor) identified 30 violations of mandatory industrial safety requirements related to mining operations and the operation of technical devices used at production facilities of hazard class II, including the underground mines Korolevsky, Silinsky, and Verkhny, operated by JSC GMC Dalpolimetall.

The legal entity and the responsible official will be held administratively liable under Part 1 of Article 9.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation.
