On November 24, 2004, an NGO collective submitted an instance to the OECD National Contact Point, concerning the Nam Theun 2 hydroelectric project in Laos...We feel that it would be useful to remind you of the economic principles and Sustainable Development commitments which have been those of EDF, as well as of its investment partners, throughout the development phase of this project, and which will remain so during the operational phase.
