The BHRRC invited ENAMI to comment on alleged human rights and environmental violations, including environmental damage, violation of the right to free, prior and informed consultation, arbitrary detentions and intimidation and threats, by the company at the Llurimagua Mining Project in Ecuador, but the company did not respond.
