Russia plans to test thousands of teenagers using neuroprofiling to identify leaders & raise patriotism; incl. co. non-response
Russia has launched a project to neuroprofile 10,000 adolescents from various regions to identify potential “patriotic leaders.” The initiative is being implemented by the tech company Persona. Based on the profiling results, 50 candidates will be selected for a five-day seminar in occupied Crimea, where organisers plan to identify both “leaders” and “anti-leaders” - the latter being those deemed to exhibit destructive behaviour. Teenagers who “defame the ideas of patriotism” will be immediately removed from the event.
Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited Persona to respond. The company did not reply.
