Responses & non-responses provided.] In October 2013, First Peoples Worldwide released “First Peoples Worldwide’s - Indigenous Rights Risk Report for the Extractive Industry - Preliminary Findings". The study identified 21 sites that are “highest risk” in terms of shareholder risk arising from potential infringement of indigenous people’s rights.
