Hundreds of residents who are supposed to be relocated as a result of the construction of the East African Crude Oil Pipeline face an uncertain future. The pipeline will snake through a number of districts in Uganda for 900 miles before it dumps crude at the Tanzanian Indian ocean Port of Tanga.
