G4S does not currently supply front-line security staff to Shell in Nigeria or Syria. We note the recommendations in the report and as a UK company covered by the Bribery Act we have procedures in place that address many of the issues raised. G4S is a signatory to the UN Global Compact and the International Code of Conduct for Private Security Contractors and is actively working to strengthen the ICoC to an auditable standard.
