Regarding the request for information about Alema Textiles, we would like to inform you that this company has not been part of Inditex's supply chain for over one year following serious and continuous non-compliance with our Code of Conduct.

The first critical findings were detected in August 2023. Inditex teams monitored the process along with supplier to ensure a continuous compliance with the Inditex Code of Conduct but unfortunately the identified non-compliances were not rectified after a reasonable period of time and Inditex (which was a minor client for this company) activated a responsible exit based on our responsible purchasing practices which guide Inditex's relations with its suppliers.
