In March 2026, the Business and Human Rights Centre (BHRC) published its annual global analysis of migrant worker abuse: "Abuse without borders: Migrant workers' rights global analysis 2026".

The analysis found migrant workers are facing severe, systemic harms in global supply chains. Between 1 January 2025 and 31 December 2025, BHRC recorded 747 cases of alleged abuse of migrant workers globally. Almost 600 companies were linked to abuse, spanning nearly all key sectors and all regions of the world.

Ahead of the report's publication, BHRC invited companies linked to five or more cases of abuse in 2025 to provide additional comment. Comments from these companies can be read in full below.
