Megalit SA de CV, is a joint venture of Bacanora Lithium (Canada, UK) and Cadence Minerals (UK) that was initiated for lithium exploration activities in 2010. Concessions for exploration owned by Megalit under the Lithium Project in Sonora are San Gabriel and Buenavista.
