Guzman, member of Asociación de Campesinos de Buenos Aires, alleged that he was shot at three times. Allegedly responsible are the security forces of Aportes San Isidro SAS, whose activities Guzman has been opposing due to alleged land-grabbing. Guzman claims that in the last year, the company has allegedly stolen 15 heads of cattle and poisoned three, destroyed entire rice and banana plantations and sexually harassed female children of the community.
