Ambatovy 2017 Sustainability Report responds to concerns

..There was a continued effort to remove Asian toads within the site footprint of the Plant and the surrounding area. The toads are believed to have been introduced via an unidentified container from Southeast Asia at the Port of Toamasina, which is located near our Plant Site. In 2018, upon the recommendation of the Scientific Consultative Committee (SCC), we plan to support the recruitment of an invasive species specialist to provide technical advice for the control and possible eradication of the Asian toad population...
