Gay Bashing Still Legal for Private Employers in Colorado [USA]

Colorado Governor Bill Owens vetoed a bill Friday that would have banned private employers in the state from discriminating against people based on their sexual orientation..."The legislature sent a strong message against discrimination by passing this bill," Human Rights Campaign president Joe Solmonese [said]...In vetoing the bill, Owens said he feared businesses would incur higher legal costs as a result of the legislation.
