On 26 November 2018, OHCHR posted an Open Process Questionnaire (available in English, French, and Spanish). The questionnaire is open to anyone who has knowledge of and/or experience with non-State-based grievance mechanisms.  It is available in English, French, and Spanish. Those interested in completing the survey can access it through this link, as well as through the OHCHR website dedicated to ARP III.

The questionnaire will gather initial input on key questions to feed into ARP III [Accountability and Remedy Project III: Enhancing effectiveness of non-state-based grievance mechanisms in cases of business-related human rights abuse], which will be used to inform and guide OHCHR’s future work. This will be followed up by targeted information-gathering activities (including other questionnaires), involving a range of different stakeholder groups.

The deadline for responses is 31 March 2019.
