Bhopal Gas Leak Tragedy: SC [Supreme Court] will hear plea on Mar 21 [India]
The Supreme Court will hear on March 21 an application seeking to reopen 1989 settlement with the Union Carbide Corporation amounting to the payment of 470 million dollar, on the grounds of inadequacy of the compensation amount.
