Orange [part of France Telecom]...hosted its second Orange Mobility Forum at Tunis’ Sheraton hotel under the theme of “mobile technology at the service of the citizen.”...The Open Gov and Open data topics garnered the most focus during the talks, and many of the event’s speakers conveyed the importance of facilitating the political participation of citizens by making as much data as possible available to the public.
