So. Africa: Centre for Applied Legal Studies produces journalist's guide on proposed binding treaty on business & human rights

'Journalist guide to Ecuador treaty', 22 Jun 2015:…In June 2014, Ecuador and South Africa sponsored a resolution of the UN Human Rights Council calling for a binding treaty on business and human rights. The binding treaty would provide  minimum standards for corporations operating in territories where  there are weak laws or governments. It would ensure that corporations are held accountable for any human rights violations they may commit in these territories…
