Argentina: 300 workers face layoff at Dass factory; incl. co. responses

In January 2025, it was reported that 300 workers at a Dass factory in Coronel Suarez in Buenos Aires, Argentina, were informed while on leave that the factory was closing, reportedly due to a decrease in sales, and an increase in cheaper imports entering the country.

In September 2025, Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited adidas, Umbro, Asics and FILA to respond. The responses and non-responses can be found below.
