The information about the alleged discriminatory dismissal of our employee who also acts as a trade union secretary in India was investigated internally and by an authority (enquiry officer). The authority confirmed the admissibility of the measure. This is now the subject of local court proceedings. We trust the jurisdiction in India and will of course respect the court's decision. We will continue to closely monitor developments regarding the measure and the site in India. We remain committed to operating a safe workplace and upholding the rights of our employees.
